The Marsh Report on Canadian Real Estate Sales is edited and published by John Marsh - Real Estate Consultant in co-operation with the appraisal and consulting firm of MacKenzie, Ray, Heron and Edwardh.

The report includes sales of $1,000,000 or more in the the 25 municipalities in Greater Metropolitan Toronto and the Ottawa Carleton region. The report is expanding across Canada with the expectation that it will incorporate all major Canadian municipalities by January 2001.

For each the sale the deed and other documents from the land registry are examined, the property is visited and data added from many other sources. The information in the report is intended to be factual but, where readers require further detail, or assurance on such subjective matters as zoning, income and the circumstances of a sale, additional research may be adviseable.
