Ray Bower Appraisal Services Inc. operates an independent and fully computerized real estate appraising and consulting firm, serving all of Essex County.
The company employs five full-time real estate appraisers, with an additional support staff of four. Each appraiser is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and carry the necessary errors and omissions insurance.
Having experience in real estate in Windsor for 25 years, at present we have over 50,000 residential and over 3,000 commercial/investment property appraisal reports on file. These reports have been prepared for mortgage purposes, insurance purposes, litigation, expropriation,etc. In addition Ray Bower Appraisal Services Inc. provides their clients with data analysis, consultation reports, report reviews, updates and assessment appeals.
