Kennedy & Associates Appraisals Inc. is a real estate appraisal firm specializing in industrial, commercial and investment valuations in the Technology Triangle (Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph area), as well as Southwestern Ontario. Our firm has been in business since 1987 when it was founded by Mr. Edward C. Kennedy.

Kennedy & Associates prides itself on producing a complete and comprehensive appraisal report addressing all aspects which may affect the market value of a property. Our services range from vacant lands to regional shopping centres, office complexes and residential developments, including nursing and retirement facilities.

Our firm has a staff of 3, which includes 2 AACI's and our administrator, Dale van Goozen. Dale has been with the company since 1988.
