Mr. Comba is a graduate of Carleton University (1983) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours). Mr. Comba obtained several years of experience in the real estate field as a property manager with a local real estate development company. He then joined Ron Juteau and Associates Ltd. in 1988. Mr. Comba was awarded the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1994.

He specializes in the appraisal of office buildings, shopping centres, industrial properties and sports and entertainment facilities. He has had extensive experience in the use of valuation software, including PRO-JECT and Argus.

Mr. Comba is also editor of our monthly e-mail newsletter "Of Capital Interest" which updates clients on recent real estate transactions in the Ottawa area.
