Darla has been with Hooker Carmichael Property Consultants Ltd. since its inception in 1991.

She is a graduate of Vancouver Community College (Langara) Real Estate Appraisal program (2 year comprehensive realty appraisal program directed and approved by the Appraisal Institute of Canada).and has Passed the comprehensive real estate appraisal examination of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Darla is currently working towards the AACI designation.
