Reid Umlah has been actively involved in the appraisal of commercial real estate since 1989 and has been with Hooker Carmichael Property Consultants Ltd. since 1991.

Reid received the AACI designation in 1993 and is also a member of the BC Expropriation Association and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).

Reid has been accepted as an expert witness before the Expropriation Compensation Board of British Columbia and has provided consulting for rental arbitration and land acquisitions.
