Dale C. Hooker has 25 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry in British Columbia including seven years service on the chapter executive of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Dale's work history includes employment at provincial and federal government institutions, a major chartered bank, and for the past 15 years as a fee appraiser.

He has been accepted as an expert witness on numerous occasions before the Supreme Court of B. C., before the Expropriation Compensation Board of British Columbia, before the Assessment Appeal Board of British Columbia, and at arbitration hearings.
