Dwayne is an accredited consultant and holds the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation as awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Dwayne has been involved in the real estate field since 1976. At that time, Dwayne joined Canada Permanent Trust Company where he worked until 1983. Since then, Dwayne has been involved in the fee appraisal business. In May of 1989, Dwayne joined our firm.

Dwayne has extensive experience in the real estate consulting field primarily in the residential area, including single-family homes, duplexes, condominiums and country residential acreages. Over the years, experience has also been gained in the appraisal of farms, apartments, and various types of vacant land parcels. Dwayne_s primary focus is completing relocation appraisals throughout central and northern Alberta.
