Kevin is an accredited consultant and holds the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation as awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. His education also includes a Business Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Kevin has been involved in the real estate field since 1980. Initially his involvement was with the City of Edmonton Assessment Department as a residential appraiser. In 1982, Kevin joined the City of Edmonton's Real Estate Department, where he was a Land Agent before transferring positions to a Land Sales Officer in 1985 to 1988. Kevin has been associated with the principals of Frost & Associates since May 1988.

Kevin's experience in the real estate field is primarily in the residential area, including single-family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, condominiums and country residential acreages. He completes a variety of assignments and has extensive experience with default / foreclosure properties.
