Peter has been a full time real estate appraiser since 1989. He specializes in single family residential properties within the Greater Fredericton and Central New Brunswick areas, although he has been involved in properties of other types and in other areas of the province.

Peter, a life long resident of Fredericton, lives with his wife Kerry and their children Ashley and Eric in the Nashwaaksis area of Fredericton's northside.

Peter graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and immediately entered the family owned real estate based business where he gained valuable experience in sales, property management and mortgage administration. He continues to hold a Real Estate Manager's License although he no longer pursues this area of real estate.

Throughout the 1980's Peter held various positions on the Executive of the Real Estate Board of Fredericton Area, Inc. including Second Vice-President. He also served on the Executive of the Fredericton Home Builders' Association.

Since joining Fredericton Appraisals in 1989 Peter has devoted the majority of his time to residential appraisals and raising a family. He has also been involved with The Appraisal Institute of Canada at the Chapter level and is a registered member of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He was awarded use of the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1994.

Peter has testified as an expert in real estate appraisal before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies including the New Brunswick Court of Queens Bench and the Provincial Assessment Review Board. He has also been a guest speaker in appraisal topics at various local seminars.
